First and Worst Experience

I made a ticket asking basic questions, soon to realize they must have young staff running the tickets as i noticed a slight mistake in the wording as words were mispelled, we also have asked question about linux then being sent links we were deeply confused asking for further assistance and being told that the Link once again has all the information, we then pointed out what we didnt understand. Never recommend a VPS if your buying.
