Poor Support, Service & Servers

We have reviewed before (on TrustPilot), when we had a few issues + got feedback from the devs that they would sort them, so at the time we were pretty happy with the service. We've continued to use it, but the service has gone downhill and is pretty poor. Regular server downtime due to a variety of issues, lack of support on Discord, issues with MySQL and a ticket for which has been open for a MONTH with no real response to solve the issue. The fact that issues aren't addressed in a timely manner when they run a service that is available 24/7 is just unacceptable and even more so given that there are CONSTANTLY issues that are experienced - not just on one node, either.

Very bad support times

Their support time are very bad. Do not host with this company, I've had a few tickets in the past where it took them forever to even look at.

Trustworthy Hosting

Crident continues to provide great services at affordable prices. They offer a range of services and are very active within their Discord server. The community is really involved with the company and it’s great to see.

Best Gmod Host To Date

Crident has yet to disappoint me. Within my 4 years of hosting gmod servers, crident has been the most reliable host. There prices are hard to beat. With there system with not paying for slots but for performance is amazing. I would 100% recommend this host if you are a new owner or just looking for another host.

Crident is Amazing

Crident Networks is a really great server host. Crident has very supportive staff with really great servers at low prices. I currently own a server with them and it has been flawless ever since I bought it.

Great Hardware, Understanding Team

Crident offer some of the best hardware available at a fraction of the price of other high end competitors. Price/performance they're by far the best host I've ever worked with. Cridents support is not for everyone, they are clear that they don't offer 24/7 support and they really mean that. If you want them to hold your hand through server setup, expect to take a couple weeks. Their ticket responses are definitely slow for non-essential issues, in my experience it takes 1-2 weeks to get extra ports opened. However, if something goes wrong on their end, they don't shy away from it. I had a pretty big issue between my server and their platform and drizzy personally worked with me for over a week, day in and day out, to get it fixed as soon as possible. They're a small team, but they really are committed to giving a great service. TL;DR - Great Price/Performance, Slow Support, Great for Experienced Server Owners

Personal Favorite Gmod platform

Their gmod panel is better than its competitors from what I’ve seen, definitely a big bonus of their service and why I stick with them as long as they keep the competitive prices. That and their servers are up to standard and what you’d expect, they work perfectly from my experience and they have a helpful discord for getting panel or server support from the community/staff.

Very good service

The services I received from Crident has been really good all around. I ran an old server around two years ago, and I'm working on booting a new one up again. Their panel is nothing short from perfection and their prices and server locations are top notch. I've never had any issues with Crident, which is why I went back to their service to start my newest server.

Where do I begin? Crident networks is simply the best host for anyone who wants to seriously commit to a community, not only do they have a responsive and beautiful custom panel (Dino panel) but they also have amazing, fast and reliable support, I would like to personally commend Jumpz as he has always been fast, responsive and helpful in all support situations. Great Performance Servers!

Crident have proved to be great hosts in terms of what they offer in regards to both cost and performance of servers. We're currently hosting seven minecraft servers with them and love the performance that they offer in comparison to previous hosts we've tried. The only thing I would say in regards to a 'negative' and why we didn't give them 5 stars, is that simple issues seem to take a long time to be fixed. We had an issue with Votifier needing a port to be opened and it took them a month to get that sorted, which was a little frustrating. Otherwise, I don't have anything negative to say - they've always been helpful, regularly do fantastic offers and are generally quick to respond on Discord.

Everything from the panel being simple to understand to making new files on the spot through the file manager and the quality of their servers is amazing. I've used Crident before and I will continue to use them in the future!

Crident makes life easy. My time using crident has been Great. Their services are up 99.99% of the time (which is amazing) and always been able to use it with around 70 people at one time. The support from crident is some of the best I have recived as they help until the issue is resolved (TBH the other people on these review platforms saying the support is bad are 100% wrong, they dont claim 24/7 support and that is fair) Any major issues are resolved quickly and their pannel is easy to navigate. The mobile version of the Dino pannel is really easy to use making server monitoring easy on the go. Would reccomend for stable communitys and people with basic and advanced knowlage of the game. I have used this host a couple times before and has always been very good. It lets you customize files within the panel and outside of the panel which is very helpful when it comes to comparing two files just open another tab.

Dedicated staff team

It's been a while since I've run a server - and these guys are awesome with responding to support tickets at all hours of the night - even when it's totally out of their normal operating hours. In run a content, and script-heavy CyberPunk RP server - and this host has been monumental in making my community thrive. The panel is quick, and easy to use, the file management system is almost instant - and the FTP is very very fast. These guys rock. Being able to get ahold of staff through Discord is another plus, as well. Backing up and re-deploying images, is incredibly fast. Not paying for slots, but paying for hardware use is absolutely awesome. As far as problems go, can't say I've ever had an issue with these guys that was on them - and when I've had issues, the support team has been quick to assist me.

My Experience With Crident

Overall Crident Networks is very simple to learn and very simple to get used with. Only issue I have with it is that it seems its kinda easy to crash. None the less it is still a great Network.

The most organized, professional hosting company for Game Servers

I've been a customer of Crident on and off now for about 3 years. I have nothing bad to say about these services and each and everything my expectations were surpassed. Crident are constantly getting better. I'm very happy with my experience with crident and would recommend to anyone. Support staff are very fast and helpful.

Best host I can find with minor flaw

This is an amazing service host which is almost flawless. They have the best panel I could find, and I will certainty use this host. I have had no lag with my testing on the 75% trial. I see that the only problem is the pricing. Some hosts have the same plans with cheaper prices (hardware wise). But, Crident has many redeeming qualities such as customer support, the best panel that exists for gmod, and hardware.

From my point of view and what I have seen is that Crident has a fast and efficient technical service, they are quick to respond and solve things instantly. For the subject of services, the services are quite good, I own a server of garrys mod and the performance of it is quite good, there is hardly any lag when they are peak hours. As for the price, the prices are according to the services, from my point of view the prices are quite good.

Crident are a brilliant company, their support is next level, quick responses on the ticket system and even quicker on their Discord. They are very interactive with customers and the community they cater too. I have never had any issues with their hardware and performance. It always does exactly what I need to do. Their control panel is brilliantly made, it is fast, fluid and very user friendly, making day to day server management a piece of cake. The only reason it is not a 5 / 5 is i'd really like a system where you can allow IP's access to your DB for an extra layer of security.

Great Expirience

Crident has done me well, when moving server's had issues with corrupt files and the fact that it isn't 24/7 support does make it difficult but it works still. Besides that things are fine and i enjoying this alot.

So far the experience has been great, they are friendly and offer as much help as they can. due to the different timezones the response is quite slow but other than that it is an amazing host!

I’ve been with crident for a year and a bit now and I’ve only had some few problems but as soon as I submitted a ticket and stated my problems they have assisted with very quick solutions and even with some problems that’s we’re slightly more different and more complex problems they had kept me updated with the progress and ensured they had it fixed quickly and effectively

I host a Gmod server with Crident and their Game panel makes the whole experience much easier. Furthermore, they already have all the files needed, you are buying a Gmod server, not an empty cloud; which is also nice.

Amazing host

Crident is an amazing host that I cannot see myself switching from anytime soon. The Dino game panel is amazing, and something I haven't seen on any other hosts, and also includes a lot of extra content on it too (easy installs of game content.) The prices are also great, especially because they don't scam you with slots like any other hosts. Instead, you pay for CPU power, so you end up getting a bang for your buck. Overall, Crident is a great host, and I've been using them for around 2 years at this point, and I do not see myself switching from them anytime soon.

Not the cheapest, but it makes up for that...

It's not the cheapest hosting provider out there but boy does it make up for that. There are a few reasons why I've rated Crident with 4 stars. 1) The staff are down to earth, you get honest responses from their staff and no corporation script crap. 2) The game panel is something like no other, they've really invested in the business buying the open source game panel to suit their needs and to provide an elegant, easy to use user interface for their customers. And 3), Misc Features. No other good hosts provides you with premium 1 click install addons, an actual decent loading screen and their own in house built anti crash script. I'd definitely recommend Crident. I've come from many other providers who are directly in line with Cridents competitors, and this is the best one yet. 2 things I'd like to see improve however is their client page and how they display billing. I'd like it to be simpler and less generic. I'd like to view previous invoices and upcoming payments, turn auto payment on/off and view the upgrades for my service with the click of a button.

Great Service but lacks a vast amount to say its mainly Garry's Mod Servers there team has little knowledge when it comes to bugs/getting your server fixed.

Have to say that this is the best host that I have ordered. This methodology of having to pay for cpu space and ram really kills it on the market since usually people need to pay for slots. Without paying for slots I can just reserve and X amount of resources to the server. 10/10 - ordered multiple times.

Best server host i have EVER used

So I have used some online server hosts but never gotten a good one like crident, Crident has AMAZING support I mean the avarage ticket response 2 hours and 36 minutes!!! Avarage response time on the others were 24 hours and not even good enough support. If you have a problem Crident can help you 100%. They have everything that you need to make a good looking and a professional server.

I would highly recommend using Crident as my friend have used them many times in the past when i helped them create servers and they have tried many different companies but say Crident has far the best support and performance. Overall i highly recommend them.

Reliable, Effective, and Affordable.

Ever since buying my server, I've had no major issues thus-far. Though I have yet to need it, support is extremely helpful and can solve most of your problems before you even know they're there. The interface is extremely intuitive, and you can do everything you need to do with just a few mouse clicks. The servers are also extremely affordable for what they offer. The only thing keeping this review from being five-stars is that they ran out of US servers to choose from which has been a slight inconvenience for us, however from what I understand they will at some point be opening one in Dallas. I'll be sure to update this review once it becomes available.

That host might be the best i have seen, there is no slot limitations, we can choose a custom order and upgrade/downgrade when we need more or less. the 125% cpu deal is really powerfull and affordable when you find a reduction coupon.

By far the best game server hosting service there is today, i just wish they would expand there game variety to host from.

BAD - Don't use these people, get a different host.

Lousy communication, lousy people skills, the only thing they got going for them is the price. Like a cheap hooker. - Support staff who can't handle ticket volume, or whats involved in the tickets in general. - 0 communication with the client when a ticket is placed. - Rude uncaring staff who would rather start the jerry springer show in their offical discord than de-escalate and solve the problem.. If the one devops staff member hadn't got on and solved my problem (5 days LATER) I would still be up a creek so to speak.

Brilliant Hosting

I've been with Crident for about a year now and they have been excellent. Support service is a bit slow due to me being on the other side of the world. Other than that, They have been perfect. Their Garry's Mod servers run very smooth and rarely crashes. Their panel interface is very good. Very easy to navigate and good for beginners. If you are starting a new community and want a cheap, stable and easy to use interface. I highly recommend you use Crident!

For ~10 years I've hosted source servers. Garrys Mod has been the most resource intensive and I've never found a host that will dedicate enough power to run what I'd like. Crident has shattered any other host I've tried. From the service, to the support they've been outstanding for me. When I first saw the price I figured "Over populated dedis" but they've given me a guarantee that they're only running 3 other servers along side mine, and it seems to be true. This company knows what they're doing, and they're quite professional.

Crident is a fantastic host! I used to host my gmod server on a crappy VPS and that made it hard to setup my gmod server. The minute I switched to Crident I re setup the server faster than before. They made setting everything up easy as hell! If you are going to pick any company to host choose Crident.

ive had a wonderful experience with crident , their UI is outstanding and there support is even better. ive messaged a very late/early moring times and they alwasy seem to replay within a minute. they always have the right answers and solve the problem weather its on your side or theres . 10/10 would recommend, has free trial so you can test it out before you buy.

My experience with Crident and Crident being my first is just amazing. Little to no issues what so ever. WorkshopDL was as simple as a copy paste and a click. Editing Jobs into DarkRP or just in all editing files was a breeze. One of the best out there.

Best host out there!

The hosting is great, I never got ddosed once even and people have tried it. The host is great for people who want to have a large community, I personally have a 10-30 playerbase and we barley get any lag spikes on the server. I strongly recommend using this host!

Crident... where to begin with how good they are? Compared to any other hosting service i use they are gods. Quick support, servers run great and their services aren't even that expensive, currently i am on the 75% CPU deal for $10.50 a month, great for my DarkRP server! Recommend them 100%!

Efficient Hosting

Very good host, barely any lag whilst running the server with a lot of NPCs/Entities spawned. File Manager is easy to navigate through and servers always start up quickly.

I dont think there is a more easy hosting webiste ever, that also has support. There is the problem of the user (me in this case) that dosent know that much about this stuff, but i would really like a how-to on the website. I dont want others to be distubed by me 9/10

A amazing server hosting site they are extremely good with their support and pricing the reason I am not giving 5 stars is because their selection of games is not that good they only have 3 games you can have a server with them on the 3 being: TF2, CSGO and the one I have GMOD even without them they are a extremely good company

I've been using a Test Server since yesterday, as i was searching for a good Garry's Mod Server host, and Crident Caught my eye, their Dino Panel, is perfectly Setup, and even someone who has never hosted an server before, can easily setup an amazing server there, the Staff, and the rest People in their discord are super nice, and i got no cons to say about Crident, an Totally amazing Hosting website for servers, with cheap prices, I Can Recommend it to Everyone.

Crident is the best hosting network you can use. I host two Garry's Mod servers through them and it is very useful when you aren't limited to a certain number of slots. As well as this, their panel is amazing. I have used other hosting networks in the past and honestly Crident's is by far the best. It has a backdoor scanner, automatic FastDL sync, mod installer and a whole array of other unique features. If you want to run a Garry's Mod server, do it with Crident.

Great support

We have a Medieval RP server that is running on a 125% cpu with a nice playerbase, and the server is always online, no prolems with the server and when there is a problem you can always just open a ticket! Best part is as developer you can open a trial server for a day and test a new addon and even stresstest it!

I've been using crident for about a year now, and i have experianced some hickups here and there. But because of thier fast response time on tickets, it's always resolved with in 1 day. Crident is a fast and cheap host that i'd recommend to anyone who wants or has a gaming server!

Amazing experience

I’ve had an amazing experience with Crident as my hosting. Their panel is amazing, easy to use and provides many features other hosts don’t, it feels like they actually take suggestions and use them to keep their panel updated on a daily basis. Amazing host, no server issues either.

Good service, bad support.

The service is amazing, it provides alot of functions that any other server host. However, the support provided is pretty lacking, especially with fast-track. I ended up spending $5 to get support which still never came, which then resulted in me having to ask others for assistance. The average ticket response time isn't accurate as it says "3 hours" which took almost 24, and I never got an answer in the end.

Honestly, this is one of the best hosting websites I have ever used. I have been using this website for over 2 months now and I have only 1 problem and Crident has fixed this problem within 1 hour. They have the best support any website has ever offered and best tools for any game you choose.

Very Good Experience with this company

From my past experiences of using their services and purchasing their 125% CPU Server hosting,I have had no major issues within it The support team are great within what they do within the company with being dedicated and being able to resolve any issues of what I have had I feel the price is very good for what you get as of the server running very well with running a SWRP Server with roughly 144 Addons on it I would say the main thing what attracted me to this company is the Dino Panel of how it is formated and how easy it is to coordinate around it for the things I need whilst developing my server or adding new addons.

Almost Perfect

I find that Crident has a lot of features and is great to use! The servers work perfectly, the panel is intuitive and looks nice, support is quick and precise. The only problem is that there are missing features like daily/weekly/monthly schedulable commands and other things. I would give 4.5 but unfortunatly I can't :(

Litterally the Best Host Honestly

Alright, listen here. Crident has to be the best Server Host in like the World. It's the soon to be home of Jefferey Role play. Everything is just so good. There's a Backdoor Scanner and a Self-Extracting Workshop Collection thingy, and it's super helpful and is a thiccy time saver for dumbies like Vested and I. There really isn't much more to ask for! +Low Price. Some competitors were looking at double to quadruple the price for something I find to be lower value. +Very luxurious! Has supportive built in functions for hosting on Gmod, just too many helpful functions to list out. +Fast support on their Discord server, being able to ask questions to multiple supports at once. +Great speeds. At first I was a little worried because I read they only host in Europe or something, but they do have a few hosts in the US/Canada, and the speed is always perfect. My experience was amazing.

As a person coming from multiple drab and dreary hosts with no staff-to-user interaction - namely hosts with similar prices but not so good deals - Crident is a godsend. They have a living, breathing support system and 3 living, breathing and active people of management. They know what they are doing and even are taking measures to prevent people from being stupid - like the backdoor scanner. Overall Crident has been a romp since Jan 1st, and the way I found out about it was because of a Gmod General Facepunch thread. Everyone is scared of this host because this is the host to end all hosts. I really want you to try this. My only complaint is that sometimes I feel like they should add a dark theme to gamepanel because it feels sometimes like my eyes are searing from constant white.

Quite an extraordinary host.

I usually don't like to praise many hosts because most of them are actually bad and Crident is actually quite nice. The Game Panel might be a bit confusing at first however, there are youtube videos explaining how to set up your server. The servers are great, even if it'd not be my own country i'm hosting in, the ping is still pretty good. The devs are very helpful aswell, i had a problem and i explained it to them and they helped me out and i eventually got the problem fixed. All around i'd have to say this host is 4/5 it would be better if there we're more games,locations. Overall great host, would 100% recommend.

I have been using them for over a year and they are amazing. Their panel is so advanced from other hosts they have backdoor scanners, workshop downloaders, and GitHub extractors. You can read all their features on the crident website. Updated Section: Originally their prices were fantastic and beat most of the hosts, unfortunately, they changed the prices for the plan I was using. They charge 10$ extra for the most basic plan they had which was 15 is now 25. However, they include all the locations which were originally 6$ for America. They have quality support but only one slow experience is where my server was stuck at installing for 3 days and the support was a lot slower than usual they did add a credit for only two days and not the 3 but it's still fine they credited me to make up the wait.

I must say crident is one of the best hostings that i have ever used. no paying for slots makes it even better. What happens sometimes its that it bugs out or does something that isn't supposed to happen, like losing connection to the server. But anyway, it's still really good.

My expirience with Crident started with the start of the company. I've hosted many test server and server on with the company and can say I am completely satisfied every time. The thing that stands out the most for me is the customer support, on many hosts if there is a issue they will shun you off and say its your end. But with Crident I've never had that problem.

The best host you can get

I've been an on and off customer with Crident since 2016, on and off because I haven't been needing their services all the time, but I have recently returned and of course I chose Crident for my hosting needs. This company has changed immensely over the years, expanding in staff, expanding into new areas, and not to mention having a brilliant marketing team. Crident is a company but has a major difference then other companies. They care about their customers, they have by far the best support, they have that non-tradtional company feel that everyone wants not to be so distant from it but feel like your part of it. Sure, they could make more money by selling slots like every other hosting company, but they know that's not the best for their customers instead of the change the industry and sell what you actually need not what you're shown to believe. Whether you need a small development server or a server that can smoothly support 128 people I highly recommend not to waste your time with other hosting providers, it doesn't get better.

+5 = I haven't been with Crident too long but its safe to say I will not be leaving any time soon. Great performance and low latency ! Amazing services. -1 = Crident offer Australia as a location which is amazing, however they seem to answer your support tickets during UK hours meaning a typical aussie will be sleeping when they reply, Meaning that this might take some time for your issue to be resolved.

Best host used by far

Since having a server hosted by crident, I can definitely say I'm impressed with their service. I've used other hosts such as NFO, gmchosting, and fragnet and the quality and support doesn't compare to cridents. I also like their approach to designing their own control panel which is very sleek compared to the older tcadmin that most hosting companies still use.

A Great Experience

They have Great customer service that has been nice every time I have needed. The main problem I had was that they didn't have the option to Mount TF2, DoD:S, and Some Have had a few Lag problems on their recommended settings on my server. Their prices are pretty good too!

So Far So Good

In the just about 30 hours I have had my server it has preformed me well, the only issues I have ever had were due to addons and nothing to do with the host, it was a pleasant switch from my old host which was charging me the same price for 32 slots that I pay now for as many as I need, Support is good because most of them own their own communities therefore have a good knowledge on how to fix issues and make it very personal and to the point. I thought my other host was good, but this one is better and will definitely be recommending this to all of my friends.

My Server Is Lag Free Now! Even With over 150 Addons, I Really Love The Panel And Support Is Amazing!

Hosting heavy nzombie server with no problems

Recently having to move away from a different host because of a billing issue not allowing me to pay my server bills I moved onto Crident Networks, I got the server upgraded to 125% asap and put TFA's nzombie server on it, it gets a good flow of 2 digit players and we have triple digit zombie limits that being said it's very very heavy on the server. Crident has been able to hold the server up way better than most shared hosts we've used, so far on the host side (aka their gamepanel, n' hardware) we've had 0 problems, Trixter (their lead developer) even helped us more than our previous host could by getting crash dumps to be created. From a customer perspective, Crident is a very great host, the only issues you can ever have is if you have no idea what you're doing, everything about the host themselves is stable and smooth. Also their gamepanel is wayyyyy better than TCAdmin by far.

Support was sub-par..at best.

I used to host a gameserver with Crident that ran fairly smoothly with 30 players on that sadly died in roughly 2 months. That being said, throughout the duration of those two months, it took people on their 'Support' team NUMEROUS days to finish a simple task for example, 'a refund' took from January 9th of last year to the 12th to be processed. From the perspective of a paying customer like myself, shows a lack of dedication or resources to bring to the table, which makes it very sad to rate a fast host, slow at something so simple. My take: If you want a dedicated support with fast servers, this company may not be the best choice for you. If you are just looking for a simple host that isn't very user-friendly, then Crident is for you.

I understand tickets like a "refund" might appear simple on the surface, the reality is that the person doing that needs at least some access to Crident's financial systems - which isn't something we can just "hand out" to support op's. To try & put things into perspective, and provide some explanation - Crident has grown over 100% in terms of active servers in just the last 3-4 months. While this might not sound huge, it's literally over doubled the demand - and if we look at the timeframe you've been around Crident, it's more like the demand has tripled. Our average ticket response time is 2-3 hours. However, support has been struggling to keep up with demand, which results in lower priority tickets like refunds taking a while sometimes. I promise you if you had a serious issue which prevented your servers operation or significantly impaired it - the response would have been within the same timeframe. We don't state anywhere that we have a 24/7 support team. We don't even state anywhere that we have a fast support team - we know we don't. That doesn't mean we shouldn't try to improve, because trust me; we are. I'm personally working really hard to develop a scale-able support team. Our support team has grown over 1000% over the last few months - and we're trying to figure out ways to effectively scale the team. Sometimes it takes time to get things right - and Crident is only 2 years old, so I think we just need some more time to develop and improve our process'. Pricing - I am extremely happy with the price that I am paying for my Garry's Mod server. Crident is one of the cheapest yet most reliable game server hosts around. Gamepanel - The gamepanel is so user friendly its unreal. After using TC Admin for months, Crident's panel has made me realise how bad TC Admin actually is. You can tell that Crident have spent a lot of time working on this to make user experience amazing. Quality - I'm currently running DarkRP with 32 players online and the server is handling it perfectly. I am extremely happy with the quality of the game server. I would not go anywhere else

If you are not using crident what is happening in your life? This service blew my mind when I first decided to switch to it, I got a 20 slot server for just 2 pounds! The support is amazing, they feature a Discord where you can live chat with there support team and other server owners. They are really nice and gave me extra days to say sorry for downtime which wasn't even there fault. You should switch now!

I recently started a server on Crident, and it has been a great experience. There hasn't been any downtime on my garry's mod server itself, although the TCAdmin control panel was down for ~24hrs, but I believe that was a rare occasion. They are also working on a new control panel, which will be even better than it already is. Very easy to manage for a new server owner, cheap prices, and great performance. Their support is outstanding, tickets get answered, they are also not automated. They also have a discord server where you can get even more help from either the staff team or the other server owners.

Crident is not perfect, there are some flaws but what matters is constant improvement about thoseflaws, they usually provide a steady and marvelous service but sometimes some unexpected errors occur, and for those situations their fast acting support team is the best you could ever ask for. People are often discouraged from using support tickets due to their slowness , well, that isn't the case at all with crident! Upon sending the support ticket you get a response usually within 30 minutes, I've gotten phone holds that last longer than that, their support ticket system is simply outstanding and I encourage people to use it before deciding on the company's worth. Another thing that I'm amazed at is their DDoS protection, it's good enough to not even know if you're being DDoSed or not. Last but not least their owner is incredible and a very kind person, always ready to help and doesn't turn his back on anyone, helped us a lot and is one of the kindest people I've ever seen.

Alright. So where to start? You get what you pay for, And then a bit extra. Honestly for just under 15 pound you are not going to find this quality. I've had to make a couple of support tickets and most of them we're handled under 30 minutes. (Not just response, Fixed.) I've dealt with multiple hosts before, This one is the best of all.

One of the best hosting services ive ever used. The owner is ana amazing lad who helps with pretty much anything. He is always free to do a favour etc. Service is extremly cheap and lag free. If their is a problem with your server thats their fault he makes sure to refund you for the next few months. He is a great guy and one of the best hosting companies ive ever saw, I highly recomend for easy fast and reliable servers. Not to mention the staff team are very friendly and responsive. :) 10/10

Great Support and Hosting

Great support from Crident, whenever i needed some help with server set up they would help me almost intently. The servers are not laggy at all from what i have experienced.

How can I start? I have been with Crident for a while now, suggested by a friend of mine who's server was constantly being ddosed, he moved to Crident and all of the ddosing stopped, "No Bullshit - Just Bulletproof." far bar the best quote I have seen in a long time, I have never been ddosed in my time with Crident, and although they have been getting a lot of shit, they have stayed strong and fought through this period of time. Moving on to support, Whenever I have needed help, I have created a ticket, and 9 times out of 10 I have received support within 30 minutes, on a rare occasion it may take a bit longer, but of course that's what it's going to be, no host can provide instant support because they're always busy. The support at Crident is way better than any I have received elsewhere. Prices The prices are very cheap for how good the service is, and I don't see many other hosts with such a great service and such a cheap price. They have matched their prices with the other hosts pretty much, at a standard base of £10 GBP. General Recently Crident has been getting bullied by other hosts, one of the main ones being KryptonNetworks, a lot of hosts have been 'talking shit' and making Crident lose customers by them spreading shit. I have one thing to say, Ignore them, they are trash themselves, I infact used to work for KryptonNetworks, and all I seemed to hear was them shit talking Crident. I would recommend this service to anyone, they're fast, bulletproof and overpowered. One word to sum up experience with Crident and Crident itself: Amazinggggggggggggggggggggggggggg

This host has absolutely no lag at all and even though I live in the us. I would still buy a UK location if there wasn't a us location just because of the excellent performance and friendly support. Edit: Still after a while, amazing performance and their game panel is amazing to work with :)

Great support and servers

From me and my friend's server, we are very happy with the service we are paying for/working for. It has very friendly staff who know what they are doing. This is a perfect network for the games it has hosts for. Definitely head your way to this host, it is cheap and reliable. Has all the things you were needed to start off the server, then adding addons etc is made easy with their admin panel. Recommended for starting a server and later on when growing more population, their servers can hold tons of people without much lag. Their support is sometimes slow but not all the time, during the night they don’t reply till the morning so recommended to make a ticket during day and they will definitely reply to you quickly

Not very user friendly

Lacking many popular maps on the pack installer for gmod, same for mods etc. I did expect a bit more to be honest. The location listed as EU/UK, has nothing to do with the UK. Its in France. Support is quite slow, many times taking longer than 6-10 hours for a response. (I guess this guy is still in school during these hours maybe?) From what I can see during traceroutes, their protection simply uses the standard VAC filtering at ovh. Which is quite decent in itself, but they may be hyping it a bit much.

Cheap reliable and helpful!

We have been with cirdent for quite a bit now, and it is one of the most amazing hosts I have ever seen, if you need help withanything they respond to you within 12 hours ( thats from my experience) they have good packages for cheap prices and you can always rely on them to be up and running most if the time :) this company by far is the best host in my opinion and many others!

We used Crident service multiple times, then we tried to move to some dedicated stuff, but we always end up returning to Crident. This is simply the best service you can find. The customer support is the best you can get there, the technical as well. Simply marvelous. I r8 it 8/8

I was impressed by the marketing and decided to give them a go and it was well worth it. It was affordable and the support when required were great and really helpful. The servers runs well and I honestly wish I found them sooner!

Superb hosting company!

Where do I start? This hosting company is one of the best companies I have been with for years, yes, all the others are good, but this one is better than good. The support is top notch, only had one problem ever with my time with them and it was dealt with within 24 hours, which I found amazing. But, not only is that excellent but as well as the actual game servers, bought and setup instantly with no problems, runs fine, as well as the DDoS protection which is one of the best out there! I'd recommend this hosting company to anyone looking to run a stable and excellent server/community!

Crident is the best hosting company I've been with. When I bought my servers I got immediate access to the control panel so I could start work straight away! The customer support is amazing they're always willing to help out with any issues that you have. Their hosting is also cheap compared to other companies but that doesn't mean their server quality is any less than the top companies! Would definitely recommend.

Awesome and good quality servers

Crident provides the best garry's mod servers and i have experienced almost none downtime which are also very powerful. Also the support response time is awesome. I recommend crident to everyone.

Despite the recent controversy with Crident, their service was solid. It's extremely good for people who are starting up a server, 10 pound for a 32 slot server is very good if you're looking for an easy manageable service. The only thing i can say about crident in a negative way is the fact that support is slow. I remember buying a "Development Server" addon for my product but when i asked support about opening the development server for me they never got back to me.

Overall amazing support team that takes less then 20 minutes to respond unlike other hosts. The packages are nice and affordable for any trying to have either a small server or big community, The DDoS protection is god-like and will take a whole lot of ddos attacks to even phase the server. I have used Crident since the start and I would highly recommend it to anyone. They have cheap prices and bulletproof servers which hold up extremely well under stress. I have used Crident Networks to run a successful StarWarsRP server. Their support team is great and got back to me very quickly to sort any problems I. Their DDOS protection could successfully stop any attacks towards the server. There haven't been many problems but when there are, Crident solves them without any hassle. I know Jack (founder of Crident) so he could personally help me with any issues that I had with the server. I would definitely recommend Crident for any size servers - small private servers to large communities. They are the best company I have been with.

Iv been with crident for about a year now and overall it has been a great experience, what i personally believe makes crident better then others isnt just the power of the servers but how great the customer support can be with the few times there has been problems, iv had crident at 4/5am working with me personally to deal with server issues instead of just a automatic email or being told to "restart", actual real support makes a big difference.
