Very bad service.

When I first started with Divinity there service was quite good, now it's been more than 3 weeks that I've last been contacted by them, I've posted tickets and sent them emails and contacted them by steam and there is no answer. Worst service ever.

Terrible Support

its been roughly 5 days of my server being down for no reason as to what i know and the Owner/ support has gone completely silent will still being active on his favorite games as well as ignoring many others that i know. I would not recommend this Host as it stand but maybe in the future he will get it all fixed, but i'm not able to wait around for that!

They're lying

For the past 40 hours, their Game Panel has been down. This is a problem when they state that their always active, but a puny connection shutdown has stopped anybody from getting to their game panels for 40 hours. Problematic much? Until they've fixed this, I am rating it a 2 star.

Nice Staff, Well Managed, Excellent Service

My experience with Divinity Servers has been nothing but satisfying. Their staff team is prompt with replies, fast, and have no problem walking me through the steps to solve certain problems I have faced. They are not money hungry, even going as far as issuing a refund when I accidentally purchased something I did not need. All in all, I am very satisfied.

A relatively medicore hosting company. Nothing too great. Better off with OVH (because I'm pretty sure all their servers are just resold OVH VPS's)

About 3 months ago, I was looking for a server to start my new Half Life 2 roleplay server. After extensive searching, exploring, choosing and discussing we decided on Divinity Servers. Now there are many decisions in life that I regret passionately but this is not one of them. This company is like the Emirates Airways of gaming! They have great support, friendly staff members, the CEO himself is awesome! They are very proffessional and very well great at their job! This company is not like the others, the people here care about their customers and their service, not the money nor the profits. I would totally recommend this to everyone who is looking for a server and I do wish to keep supporting Divinity Servers in the future! Their support is also Top Notch, behing there whenever I need them. I look forward to continue to host my server with Divinity and to continue working with the CEO, thanks for the great service! This was all said more than a year ago, now the service has taken a sharp tumble downhill and they have not answered me after 3 weeks of attempted communication.

Well, i had to refund from 4 Different server hosts, but now, i found the one! Out of the 5 ive been on, this had the best, user friendly, GUI platform and would highly recommend it. The support team, and the management team or super friendly and had my server up in no time! I had done gamemode setup and the Staff had the game-mode setup in no time. Also if you are new to coding, they can help with that as well. Overall this server is 10 out of 5 for me!

At least it's better than Serenity.

Woo. 8th edit of my review. Control panel dies sometimes, sucks when your server is in a crisis that needs a server restart. Support isn't 24/7, but it's sorta excusable because it was midnight. Comes with free MySQL like Serenity. But it's not trash. The server isn't trash too. Also, they said the control panel thing won't happen again, hopefully. Basically, it's quality-version of Serenity. Choose this over Serenity. But don't always rely on the control panel.

Lets put it simply, its the best host out there. While they currently have somewhat limited packaging and don't have a network as large as NFO or OVH, they expand regularly and have the best support I've ever encountered, great performance (40/40 players, 44 tick, Clockwork and it ran beautifully on SHARED hosting) at a great price. They gave 30% off this month (October)! Yeah, use em'!

Everytime i try to contect them i get a reply almost instantly and and i havent experienced any problems with my server that wanst cause by me that they couldnt fix

After aimlessly searching for a perfect host that doesn't shut off your server when its overclocked for a seconds"NFO", doesn't lag as much(Serenity), and doesn't cost a ton"Ovh", i have finally found one that's not to hot not to cold but is just right, "SNS" is the best company I've entrusted to run my servers and i can say without a doubt you wont find anything as cheap as them for the amount of quality they're giving.

A sweet and simple review.

I've spent up to two months with a game server with SNS just recently, and have been very pleased with the amount of detail that goes into everything. As-far-as support goes, SNS offers quick, top-notch assistance for anything you'll ever need. As far as their game-servers go, I couldn't be more pleased at the quality and power that is offered. All-in-all, I can definitly recommend SNServers for the present, future.
