Really Amazing Server Support
I have multiple services with Iceline Hosting and it's really great. I didn't have any issues since I've been a customer and when I needed support for my own dumb faults they helped me really great!
Will keep your money if you are overcharged
Be wary the fineprint in their subscription states that they are 'not responsible for overcharges' and will not give you your money back and will not even give you hosting for that money paid.
Find another hosting provider
Find Another Hosting Provider. I chose Iceline Hosting initially because a streamer that I mod for was sponsored by them. I chose to host a Rust Server. Startup times on average were 7-15mins. You must manually shutdown, press an update button and start the server back up for monthly facepunch updates. You must manually update oxide. I experienced map corruption when using their scheduled reboot options. Communication is all funneled through their discord server in which half of the server just points back to their website. Communication of outages is ONLY communicated through discord. Ticket resolution, in my experience, were on average of 2hrs. Both instance I managed required tickets right away to get it working. They deleted my review in their discord server after cancelling. Deleted all of my suggestions, even ones with lots of upvotes after I cancelled. I missed the part where you have to go to paypal to cancel payments to them. They refused refund. I opened a ticket and they stuffed their TOS in my face. Chatted on Discord, they stuffed their TOS in my face. Make sure you read their TOS very carefully and understand they are a company that has done everything in their power to keep your money, even when mistakes are make on their part. I attempted to purchase additional ram for my system and when I purchased 2 additional GB of ram it dropped my whole system down to 2GB. So I had to purchase 6 GB to get my original 4GB + 2GB. I was charged for that and it was placed as a credit on my account instead of given back to me.
Best Experience
I have tried all different kinds of server hosting, and Iceline by far is the best of them all. I started out with a simple FiveM server that was amazingly set up and whenever I did run into a problem, the support team was very quick to respond. I then went onto creating an Arma 3 server and Iceline once again shows they know what they are doing when it comes to the best of hosting.

Lame
Used this host and it's just been a lame experience, honestly i don't think they know what they are doing, rented fivem server and the setup failed, support was slow. Just a LAME experience all round
Great services, support and company
Since February I have become a customer of Iceline Hosting. Always satisfactorily had my services. The services provided are always online and available. If this is not the case, it is indicated neatly and on time. The price ratio for the services is perfect. Since September I have been working for Iceline because I wanted to do my part for this good hosting. Now a few months away, Together with other colleagues, I am taking care of keeping services online and supporting customers.

I rate this service 11/10. IceLine is so cool to use compared to my previous host. It has so many features and is very easy to use. In fact...I just bought a second server from them = P The file manager is just like my previous host's but better. Allows me to edit things and save easily even without automatically scrolling to the top of the config and forcing me to scroll AAAALL the way back down again. (My old host had this annoying feature). The discord support allows me to be always and easily within reach of their support team meaning I never wait long for support. There are a wide variety of option available, both in game types (I only play Minecraft) and in package deals (which are the best I have ever seen. If you don't use this host, you are missing out. Plus I have never seen a customer rate it lower than 5 stars =P Seriously, this is the host for you

10 Out 10 great hosting Company for any game out there they setup everything for u then they checking on how the service for u, I like how the owner gives discounts for if a friend gives u there website to buy servers and I own 2 FiveM servers and one minecraft.
Best server hosting
Great customer support - the replies are fast whenever you have a query and the staff know what they are talking about when they are helping. The servers are also of great quality, especially for their cheap price. Would choose these guys over any hosting company I have been with in the past.

My favorite host
I have been with IceLine Hosting for many years, and I will be with them for years to come. I decided to write this review since it was about time. They provide hosting for almost every platform. I have multiple services with them ranging from Game Hosting to Dedicated Hosting. They have never let me down. Control Panel: Easy to navigate and easy to use, it also looks amazing. The only thing I would add is a way to easily install plugins and gamemodes. Performance: Performance is IceLine's best aspect, none of my servers have lagged, or gone down. Their hosting withstands all the stuff I throw at them, ranging from intense CPU applications to small applications. Support: I don't have anything constructive to say about their support because I believe it's already at it's best. They reply as soon as possible, and always help me with my issues. Price: You may be put off with the low prices they offer, I didn't believe it either, but now obviously I do! There isn't a problem IceLine can't solve, and they always try to help the customer as much as possible. Recommended 10/10!

Simply amazing.
My previous host didn't have much to offer, and only gave me reasons to start looking for a new host. I'm always on Web hosting and Web design forums just out of curiosity and happened to find a post created about IceLine's amazing hosting. Luckily, they host a variety of games which allowing me to purchase hosting with them. I purchased my server, and within the same hour, I received my login details. I ran into some problems at the start trying to transfer files so IceLine's support team transferred my old files for me! Ever since then, my server has been doing extremely well and I have yet to find something wrong with IceLine Hosting. 5 Stars!

Amazing Service
I have been with IceLine Hosting for 2 years and only just realized their hosting service is on this website. I have reviewed them before, but only when they offered Dedicated and Web services. They offer amazing support, and their prices are phenomenal. I would recommend anyone to go with IceLine!
