Sam from Sarasota Servers was an amazing help, they helped me throughout my sales queries. Also requested for my reverse-dns to be changed, and they sent the request to the data center! Greatest host ever, everyone should choose this host for their virtual private servers!

I'll start with saying I'm so glad to have found this place from here. I bought my VPS instantly and began using it, no issues at all. I had a question about hosting a webserver on it and it was answered in 5 minutes.. jees! I've never had such a short wait on tickets. Sarasota Servers also costs literally nothing for KVM VPSs. The quality and service provided to me by them is amazing for the price. I also love how easy their control panel is to use, it gives me super access to everything over my VPS. So far I've had 0 issues and only good experiences here. I highly recommend Sarasota Servers to anyone looking for a VPS, web hosting, and dedicated servers. Peace, Connor

I recently ordered a VPS from SarasotaServers for my development company. Support is great, the staff are all incredibly friendly and the VPS is amazing. If you need amazing and cheap VPS's, I highly recommend SarasotaServers.

Unacceptable Downtime
I gave them a try for a month, but it has been down for nearly the entire month which is completely outrageous. I can't even believe they are still in business with this amount of downtime. Support have given an explanation, claiming a third-party is causing the downtime. I just find it hard to believe that their provider allows this amount of downtime, and any reputable provider would never let this happen. I would personally avoid this host, and although they have affordable rates, it isn't worth the downtime. - Jack

Hello Jack, As a company, we are doing all we can to both fix the situation and aid clients when needed. We've continuously been updating everyone and can assure you this will be solved soon. Our provider is a main cause to slowing us down to fix our issue as we need them to do certain things and they tend to be extremely slow. We are doing all we can and we're sorry we cannot meet your expectations although you will get your money's worth and will get the time you paid for. We're very sorry for the issues we may cause you although rest assured knowing invoicing and other things at this time wont be an issue as we are constantly compensating. We will be notifying everyone about uptime and we do understand where you're coming from. We're overall not entirely blaming our provider although a big reason behind this is their fault. Horrible Experience
This company is horrible, they have been down since December, 29 2017 and it is still not up. I would highly discourage coming to this host.

We are only going through a one-time downtime process where the main issue is not our fault as we can fix this if our provider is faster at assisting us. We're still providing compensation in time and a free month of services and this shouldn't take much longer. This was the best website ever
