Started Great

This is my 4th time using Serenity servers. The first 3 times i’ve used it it’s great but the servers didn’t work out so they were only up for about a month at a time, but they did in fact work amazing. This time around it started fantastic, love using it because it’s so easy to use, but with one exception their stuff goes down constantly at the most inopportune times when there is no support available. I could be a bit biased right now because as I am typing it the serenity servers is down but my server is still up. We run an active community and as many of you know you must constantly be updating things to keep it going. This marks the 5th hour of downtime where I cannot even access my FTP server while the server remains up. This would be fine if it happened very rarely but I would say it happens at least twice a week. The only reason we haven’t switched is because I do one hundred percent love serenity servers just because it is what i started with and why I know CAN work perfectly. It’s a gmod server by the way so this only goes for the gmod hosting not sure about other games.

Probably the worst host youd ever want!

I bought a 32 slots csgo server from serenity, the servers were terrible and i couldnt connect to my server as the max players kept getting overwritten to 64 players so itd be automatically shut down, i opened a ticket explaining my situation. The staff which seems to only be one dude by the name of mikkel, he replied to my tickets 3 times with literally what i asked. And then refuses to give me a refund, i paid for a service that didnt work as advertised therefore its a scam. I shouldve listened to the people on discord saying 11 euros a month for 32 slots server is too cheap and its probably trash, well yeah i got scammed.

Outstandingly bad experience

I purchased their server only to use their 1-click mod installer of Basewar. The mod installer does not work because the version offered is the open-source depreciated since 2009. I contacted the owner within 12 hours for a refund, he replied: "We never state anywhere that basewars is one click. The game mode likely costs money. However we cannot offer you a refund as the service is provided only with what we advertise on the site. " I initiated a credit card reversal. If you still see this review, it is because the owner never proceeded with a refund. FYI : <Redacted by Staff>

It's Good

My experience with Serenity Servers was good! Support tickets were answered very quickly and the service itself was excellent. I had no performance issues and the server ran great. I used Serenity over 2 years ago so I am not sure if things have changed however DDoS protection was pretty bad and never really blocked anything, web hosting was also buggy where sites were being redirected to other people sites (issue with cPanel). I recommend Serenity for small startup servers however the quality does not match the price.

Amazing Host

Serenity Servers is an amazing host. I put in a support ticket and there is always a quick reply and fix the problem. Also, they are very cheap for those who would like to make your first server you may want to start off with a cheaper server host so you don't blow your money and your server last for 1 week. I have nothing else to say but it is an amazing server host.

Great hosting, laggy website.

SerenityServers is a great host. However, I'm only giving it four stars due to the laggy website making it hard to edit anything. Other than that it's amazing!

The best you can find

The best game hosting you can find. Ideal for Garry's Mod game because its premium servers use a very powerful CPU and a very high clock. It also has quick support and a help page that can help you a lot with FastDL or with common problems you may have. Already arrived more than 5 months with several servers of games and web purchased without any problem. Running a 64 slots Garry's Mod server and trued with 43 players with 320 mods without lag :)

Amazing Server Host

I had wanted to make a great gmod server and when looking I found this one. It has been a great decision I think. Support is great and it even helps guide you if you are just starting out. I do recommend this host if you are looking to run a server.

Never had any problems, hosted my website and minecraft server for a while.

We used serenity twice in the past. I'm afraid that this is simply way too overrated. They claim to have DDoS protection, they lie. Their support relates on answering "sorted" like it explains anything, you litteraly have to spam them to get any real answer. I highly recommend to not touch Serenity even with a stick.

Bad server quality and no DDoS protection.

Server plus a free MySQL for a cheap price. Support is quick n' generally good. Performance sucked when there was just about 23 players on a game mode that shouldn't lag with a bunch of players. Also, they're lying about DDoS protection, trust me, their support basically told me in a ticket they don't provide DDoS protection 'because it costs too much' even though their website says they provide (non-existant) DDoS protection. TL;DR: No DDoS Protection. Bad performance. Go somewhere that isn't Serenity.

Not the best

I bought a server at 10:30 at night. I got my emails that say my payment notice, and a free website. i did not get the Control Panel login email so i submitted a ticket. i waited till 2am for a response and never got one. Yea it was late i understand. I get a response when i wake up and all it says is to check my spam. My spam folder is empty. It was 7:30 am and i request another ticket and i still have not gotten one back after 2 hours of waiting. Pretty bad service

Top notch host

Hosted the FG servers there for about 3 months and i never had any problem with any downtime.

Used this system for many months, did not enjoy. Server crashed many times, and Mikkel didn't give the help needed. I'f you have a small server this is recommended. If you have 30+ people not recommended.

Very good server host. I have been using them for around 3 months now. Never had any lag or down time. There is one click gamemodes and same with addons. All source files come pre-installed. You also get a free website and free hosting. :)

Super Server host with great support and minimum downtime!

Currently my top server hoster. Great provider that keeps the word "quality" for sure. Great server, great company, and probably the best Support. I've used NFO and Xenon, but Serenity is probably the best due to the greatest support on the Server Providing market. Mikkel is one heck of a guy that gives you the best experience on the servers you get from Serenity. Go with them for sure.

Very great server hoster. The support is fantastic, the quality is fantastic. They are truly a god among the server hosters. Was with Xenon before I made the switch to Seren, and let me tell you, I was missing out on something great. They have helped me through all of my troubles with my 40 slot server. Once upon a time I was a head developer on a server called SavageGaming with 47 slots. It was extremely easy to access the File Manager and many other things. I promote SerinetyServers
