Very overrated
Very overrated host, their hardware is not good even though they claim 5ghz and their support is very slow, i waited 48 hours for a reply to a simple question about their ftp that did not work. Avoid and go with someone else worthwhile.

Good Service
It's definitely great and affordable for small - medium gaming communities that want their own game servers. Although i would not recommend them to communities that are growing over 100+ Due to the reliability and price ratio, but their support team is super dedicated, expect to have your issue/inquiry solved with 24 hours guaranteed.
